the Staff
Several members of Joey's staff
have been with him for over 25 years. His instructional staff has in excess of
150 years of combined teaching experience. Joey boasts of his staff providing
competent, confident, and safe diving instruction for basic classes as well as

| Joey learned to dive in 1957. In '68, he became an instructor and opened the dive shop now known as the Central Ohio School of Diving. He is now rated as a Master Instructor, Instructor Trainer, and DiveCon Instructor with SSI. Deke learned to dive at the Central Ohio School of Diving in 1973. He became an Instructor at COSD in 1994, and became manager there in 2001. He holds ratings of Master Instructor, DiveCon Instructor, Nitrox, Specialty Instructor and Advanced Openwater Instructor. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

Craig Kramer has been diving
since 1972 and instructing SCUBA at the Central Ohio School of Diving since 1975.
He has been certified as a NASDS, PADI and SSI instructor. While Craig prefers
warm water diving, Ohio quarries can be exciting and fun. His diving experiences
have taken him to Lake Erie, Ohio quarries, Rhode Island, Florida springs and
rivers, the Florida Keys, the Bahamas and the Cayman Islands. Some of his favorite
dive sites include swimming with the manatees near Crystal River, Florida, wall
dives on Andros Island, Bahamas, stalactite blue hole dives in the Bahamas, the
French and Molasses Reefs in Kay Largo, diving the coral reefs in the Exumas,
andnight diving on any coral reef. He has taken multiple dive trips to the Florida
Keys and is approaching fifty trips to the Bahamas. Craig loves teaching diving
and sharing the excitement of learning to dive, especially with young people.
He is currently employed as a science teacher at Bexley High School where he teaches physics and biology. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
