The pool is just steps from our classroom and locker rooms. It is just the right size to meet all of your training needs. There is a shallow end to practice early SCUBA skills and beach entries and then we have the deeper 12 foot end to develop your open water skills before heading for the ocean or lake. The water is a cozy, comfortable 85 degrees F. which is just right for learning SCUBA skills although it is too warm if you are swimming many pool laps. Equipment is picked up next to the pool so there is no need to carry or truck it to your lesson. A large viewing window overlooks the pool from our showroom so friends or family can watch you (if desired). Classroom
We use the classroom to review lessons, show multi-media materials, demonstrate equipment, and have discussions prior to going into the pool. You can opt to view your award winning SSI SCUBA course at home on DVD and then review your homework or lessons at the shop. |
We have everything located under one roof to make your diving lessons and experience easy, comfortable, and safe. Our facility includes a showroom, classroom, men's and women's locker room, service facility, air filling station, and indoor heated pool. The pool is accessed by walking across the hallway from the classroom to the locker rooms, and then exiting the locker rooms into our year round heated pool. We have been in the SCUBA business, in Columbus, for 41 years which should tell you something about our reputation and personal support given to our customers. Locker Rooms

We have a variety of high quality mask, fins, and snorkels. It is important to try on your equipment before purchasing it as fit is the single most important factor for ma mask and fins. If they do not fit comfortably then you will not be comfortable in the water. You can not check fit, comfort, size, peripheral vision over the internet! Additionally, we have full lines of regulators, buoyancy compensators (BC's), gauges, wet suits, booties, and accessories. Do you wear glasses or contact?? No problem- we can help find the appropriate mask to best match your vision and prescription. Service
We service what we sell! SCUBA equipment is not disposable; you want to be able to get it serviced and keep it in top condition. SCUBA equipment is much like owning a car, motorcycle, a nice set of golf clubs, or cameras- you depend on it to work properly when you want to use it.
